Compliance Date:

At the next repack but before 31 December 2019.

Cost:

– The shipping cost of the AAD to Belgium or to Vigil America will be the customer’s responsibility.

– Standard return shipping to the customer will be at no charge to the customer.

– Repack expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.

– A full unit maintenance procedure and an upgrade to the latest firmware version will be performed on each subject Vigil at no charge to the customer.

– Units which still have their original battery, will have the battery replaced at the standard cost. This will avoid customers having to send their unit back within two years for a battery replacement.
